Okay guys this week’s win is a little self righteous. On our podcast, this week we hit episode 70. You may or may not listen to it which is absolutely fine. When we started this whole thing, we were two people who really believed that honest conversation about how you are actually feeling was something worth sharing. Between episode 1 and episode 70, people started listening. More and more people started to join, they would message us, sometimes even join our run club on a Monday evening which is legendary, and over enough time, enough people have reminded us what this is all for. Its for building this mission with each other. We do not see ourselves as some sort of ‘leaders’ or ‘owners’. We are all building this mission together. This week, we just wanted to say thank you for it and celebrate you. Cheesy we know but still thank you.

Introspection and Reflection

When did you last check in with yourself honestly? The version of you that is quietly figuring things out behind the scenes - when did you last check in with that version of you? If a good friend asked you how you were really doing this week, what would you actually say?

At The Mood Booster we have been doing a stock take. A check in to see if where we are going is actually where we want to be going. We have realised without checking in for a while, we start to neglect what is actually important. Check in with yourself.
