3 Small Wins for: ‘Mastering your fears’
16/02/2026
Happy Monday!
Blending 3 of our pillars, Community + Connection, Introspection + Reflection, Presence + Gratitude, we bring you 3 small prompts that help you to find more joy in your everyday. 1 community celebration, 1 question to ask yourself and 1 action for you to take…
1 Celebration:
Community and Connection
Despite his long standing fear of heights, German Ski Jumper Philipp Raimund won Gold at this Winter Olympics. At the last World Cup Race, this fear caused him to withdraw but this year he overcame it and managed to get gold. A truly inspiring story with a really cool outcome. A true testament to what can be on the other side of fear.
1 Question:
Introspection and Reflection
Think of one thing in your life you are avoiding / you are scared of, really picture it. So far to the point thinking about it makes you physically uncomfortable. Now ask yourself, am I avoiding this because the outcome is truly dangerous or because its easier to bury my head and avoid the discomfort that comes with facing it?
1 Action:
Presence and Gratitude
Give a stranger a compliment about something you have noticed. It can be their smile, their attitude being positive or even their dog being cute. This might seem scary at first but whats the worst that can happen in challenging this fear? You might even make that person’s day…
See you next week :)
