This week, Nick Suzuki, captain of the Montreal Canadiens (an ice hockey team), became the first captain in the club's history to record multiple 80 point seasons. Now why this might be important for you. He claims this was not due to any big viral moment or so called ‘overnight breakthrough’. He stated that him just showing up, season after season, becoming one of the most reliable performers in the league is what gave him this record and that consistency beats big wins or one time flukes any day.
